Fabric patterns and placement may vary
Handmade and African print items may contain natural variations
Such variations are not considered defects.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 4 – CUSTOM & MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS
This section applies to all custom, bespoke, or made-to-measure items.
All custom orders are final sale
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once production has commenced
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements
Minor size or design variations do not constitute defects
Failure to provide measurements in a timely manner may delay production
Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, or import charges unless stated otherwise.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier services
Customs clearance
Fabric sourcing
Customer delays
Events beyond our control
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 7 – FABRIC AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS
African and specialty fabrics are subject to availability. If a fabric becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to:
Substitute with a similar fabric of equal quality, or
Offer store credit or alternative options

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, images, logos, and materials are owned by Rachmiah or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Personal, non-commercial use only is permitted.

Third-party tools and links are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
