Ready-to-Wear Items

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed


Custom / Made-to-Measure Items

Production time: 2–6 weeks (estimate)

Production begins only after:

Full payment or deposit is received, and

Measurements and design details are confirmed



Production times are estimates only and may vary due to:

Fabric availability

Design complexity

High order volumes

Customer communication delays

Public holidays or unforeseen events

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Within Australia

Internationally (selected countries)


If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. SHIPPING RATES


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination

Package weight and size

Shipping method selected


Prices displayed do not include:

Customs duties

Import taxes

Local handling fees (for international orders)


These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (ESTIMATES ONLY)

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

Express shipping: 1–3 business days


International

Standard shipping: 7–21 business days

Express shipping: 5–10 business days

5. TRACKING INFORMATION


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is your responsibility to:

Contact the carrier for delivery issues once shipped

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)


International orders may be subject to:

Rachmiah is not responsible for these charges and cannot estimate them. Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, return, or destruction of the parcel, for which no refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Customs inspections

Weather conditions

Industrial action

Acts of God

Government restrictions

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY


Please ensure shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is:

Returned due to incorrect address

Unclaimed or refused


The customer will be responsible for:

Reshipping costs, or

Any fees charged by the carrier


No refunds will be issued for these situations.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES


Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk passes to the customer.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

Notify us so we can assist where possible


We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels once shipped.

10. EVENT-BASED ORDERS


Orders placed for specific events (weddings, birthdays, ceremonies, etc.) are accepted on the basis that:

Delivery dates are not guaranteed

Customers are advised to order well in advance


Rachmiah is not responsible for missed events due to shipping or production delays.
